What is the ALGO program?
ALGO is WPR’s exclusive agent investing program — teaching WPR agents how to invest in real estate themselves. Buy and hold, fix and flip, Airbnb, off-market deals. No other brokerage in Houston offers this. You help clients build wealth through real estate every day — ALGO teaches you to do the same for yourself.
What is the ReACH program?

When does WPR Revenue Share launch?
In Q1 2027. Revenue Share is a separate, optional plan with a $12,500 cap. The standard plan, with its $6,500 cap, does not include Revenue Share. Agents already at WPR on launch day get Founding Agent status, the best terms in the program.
What is the WPR Agent Spotlight?
A standing part of the 9 AM Monday meeting. Each week one WPR top producer explains how their business really works, and the conversation becomes a video, a write-up and clips on WPR’s site and channels.
Do I need to join a program to join WPR?
No. Programs are optional extras. Every WPR agent gets the AI team, BET Training and the broker-paid marketing system from day one.
