There is no hourly wage or base salary. What you get instead is uncapped earning potential ($50K–$250K/yr range for WPR agents depending on production), your own schedule, and ownership of your clients and database.
Texas requires every active salesperson license to be held by a sponsoring broker. At WPR your sponsoring broker is Alan R. Hernandez, who personally leads the weekly BET training rather than delegating it. Choosing a sponsoring broker is the single biggest decision a new agent makes — it determines your training, your technology, and how much of each commission you keep.
WPR does not use a traditional recurring commission split. You pay $100/month and cap at $6,500 per year, then keep 100% of every commission for the rest of the year. There are no per-transaction fees, and the broker adds $250 to your marketing fund after each closing.
You notify your current sponsoring broker, WPR files the TREC transfer, and your license moves to White Picket Realty — typically within a few business days.
