This Privacy Policy explains how White Picket Realty LLC ("WPR," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use join.teamwpr.com, including our forms, our AI assistant "Aiva," and the BET Training tickets popup.
Information we collect
- Information you provide — when you fill out a form, chat with Aiva, or claim BET Training tickets: your name, email, phone number, current brokerage, and details you share about your business (e.g. deals per year, commission split, average sale price) so we can prepare an earnings estimate and follow up.
- Conversation content — the messages you send to our AI assistant.
- Usage information — basic technical data such as the page you're on and general site interaction, used to route and improve the experience.
How we use your information
- Respond to your questions and requests.
- Prepare and send your personalized earnings estimate/report.
- Register or reserve BET Training tickets and send event details.
- Follow up with you about joining or partnering with WPR.
- Operate, secure, and improve the site and the assistant.
Our AI assistant (Aiva)
Aiva is an automated assistant. To generate replies, your chat messages are processed by a third-party AI provider on our behalf. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat. Aiva provides estimates and general information — not legal, tax, or financial advice.
Text messages (SMS) and your mobile information
How we obtain your consent
We only send text messages to people who have given us express written consent. You provide that consent by entering your mobile number in a form on join.teamwpr.com and checking the SMS consent box, which is never pre-checked. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or of submitting the form — you can leave the box unchecked and we will still respond to your inquiry by phone or email.
What we send
If you opt in, WPR sends recruiting-conversation text messages about joining our brokerage: replies to your inquiry, your earnings analysis, appointment scheduling and reminders, and training and event details. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. How we protect your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number or your SMS consent record. Your mobile number and consent record are used solely by White Picket Realty LLC and the service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us to end text messages immediately. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also email admin@teamwpr.com or call (832) 532-9229 to be removed. Opting out of texts does not remove you from email or phone follow-up; tell us if you'd like that too.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers who help us operate, only as needed to provide these services — for example: our CRM (to manage your inquiry and follow-up), our email provider (to send you information), our SMS provider (to deliver text messages you've consented to), our team-messaging tool (to alert our recruiting team), our event platform (to register you for training), and our AI provider (to power the assistant). These providers act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own marketing. We may also share information to comply with law or protect our rights. As stated above, mobile information and SMS consent are never shared for marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies & analytics
We use basic cookies and analytics to understand site usage and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you, follow up about WPR, and meet legal or recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We retain records of SMS consent and opt-out requests for as long as required to demonstrate compliance.

- Opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP; unsubscribe from emails via the link in any email.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us (below).
Children
This site is intended for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send text messages to, anyone under 18.
