These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of join.teamwpr.com (the "Site") and the White Picket Realty text messaging program described below. By using the Site or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
SMS Terms & Conditions
1. Program description
White Picket Realty LLC ("WPR," "we," "us") operates an agent-recruiting text messaging program. If you are a real estate agent who has requested information about joining WPR, we use text messages to continue that conversation. Messages may include: a reply to your inquiry, your personalized earnings analysis, questions from our recruiting team, appointment scheduling and reminders for a confidential chat, and details about WPR training sessions and events. This is a conversational recruiting program — it is not a promotional blast list, and we do not send third-party offers or advertisements.

2. How you opt in (consent)
You are only enrolled if you gave express written consent. You do that by entering your mobile phone number in a form on join.teamwpr.com and checking the SMS consent box, which is never pre-checked and is never required to submit the form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. If you do not check the box, we will not text you — we will follow up by phone or email instead. We keep a record of the date, time, and page on which you gave consent.
3. How to opt out
You can cancel the text message program at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by emailing admin@teamwpr.com or calling (832) 532-9229. We also honor the replies UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, and REVOKE.
4. How to get help

5. Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not within our control. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and most other US carriers; carriers are not required to support the program and carrier participation may change without notice.
6. Supported devices and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user or account holder of the mobile phone number you provide. Messages are sent to US mobile numbers only. You must have a text-capable mobile device on a participating carrier.
7. Your mobile information and privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Changes to the SMS program
We may modify or discontinue the text message program, or these SMS Terms, at any time. We will post material changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date.

Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, or submit false information or a phone number you are not authorized to use.
Information is not an offer or advice
Earnings analyses, commission calculators, comparison pages, and similar tools on the Site are illustrative estimates based on the information you provide and on assumptions that may not apply to your situation. They are not a guarantee of income, an offer of employment or affiliation, or legal, tax, or financial advice. Any affiliation with White Picket Realty LLC is governed solely by a separate written agreement.
Our AI assistant
"Aiva," our automated assistant, provides general information and estimates and can make mistakes. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional advice or for a written agreement with WPR.
Intellectual property
The Site's content, branding, and materials are owned by White Picket Realty LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party services (for example scheduling, event registration, and review platforms). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Picket Realty LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the text message program.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in Harris County, Texas.
