For qualifying top producers, WPR allocates 0.5% of each closed transaction's sale price as marketing dollars paid by the broker on your behalf. These funds can be used toward digital advertising, listing photography, social media campaigns, direct mail, open house materials, and other approved marketing activities. It is real money going into your business — funded by the brokerage, not your commission check.
How does the 0.5% marketing credit work? Can you give me an example?

If you close a home at $400,000, WPR allocates $2,000 toward your marketing for the year. Close 15 homes averaging $350,000 each and that is $26,250 in broker-funded marketing — money you never see at most other firms.
