Set Up Your Review Link
A QR code is just a link in a square — you need the destination URL first. Follow the steps below for your platform, then save the link and your QR before you leave today.
1 Get your Google Business Profile (GBP) review link Best option
On desktop: Go to your Google Business Profile → click "Ask for reviews" or "Get more reviews" → copy the link.

On mobile: Tap your profile picture → Your Business Profiles → select your business → Get more reviews → copy link.

If the menu won't cooperate: Use Google's Place ID Finder, get your Place ID, then build the link manually:

💡 Test it on your phone — one tap should open the write-a-review screen directly.
2 Make your QR code (free, takes 60 seconds)
Go to QRCode-Monkey.com or Canva → paste your review link → generate → download PNG (texts & digital) and SVG (print).

Important: Use a static QR, not a free "dynamic" one. Static codes never expire. Free dynamic codes from trial tools can go dead when the trial ends — or get hijacked.
📏 Print it at least 1 inch square, dark on white. Keep the white border around it — that's the quiet zone scanners need.
3 No Google Business Profile? Use a backup platform If needed

Most individual agents don't have their own GBP yet — that's fine. Use one of these instead and always give your client 2–3 options so they can pick the platform they already have an account on.

Choose your platform (HAR, Zillow, Realtor.com, Google, Facebook) and get your own profile live. That's your home base for every ask going forward.
Ask lenders, inspectors & co-workers
